STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Important Notice:

All items are tested before sale. Please verify at pickup. No returns, refunds, or
exchanges after purchase unless stated.

Sale/discounted items are final sale.

A 3-month manufacture warranty applies to PCs, monitors, NVRs, IP cameras, routers, UPS, printers, scanners, PoE switches — covering manufacturer defects (not damage, misuse, or wear).

Accessories (e.g., cables, batteries, chargers) are excluded from warranty.

Return Terms:

Returns must be made within 7 days, with original packaging and no visible signs of damage.

Items will undergo 24–48 hours testing to determine cause.

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Proof of purchase is required. Terms subject to change.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  1. *Ink/Toner that had factory sealed packaging opened
  2. *Items that are missing accessories parts such as cords, cables, etc.
