STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. General Policy & Inspection
Inspection Required: All items are fully tested before sale. Customers must inspect and verify item functionality at the time of pickup or delivery.
Final Sale: Except as explicitly provided under our 7-Day Return Policy or Manufacturer Warranty, all sales are final.
Discounted Items: All clearance, sale, and discounted items are sold as-is. They remain eligible for statutory warranties against inherent manufacturer defects but are otherwise final sale.
2. 7-Day Return Policy & Restocking Fee
Return Window: Eligible items may be returned for store credit or refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. No returns or exchanges are accepted after this period.
Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all included parts, manuals, and accessories, and without any signs of tampering.
Restocking Fee: Approved returns for non-defective items (such as “change of mind” returns) are subject to a 10% restocking fee, in strict compliance with Section 22(2) the Consumer Affairs Act of 2011 .
Testing Period: All returned items undergo a mandatory 24-to-48-hour diagnostic testing period to verify the condition and determine the cause of any reported issue.
Proof of Purchase: A valid original receipt or invoice is strictly required for all return, exchange or warranty requests.
3. 6-Month Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Eligible Items: A limited 6-months warranty applies strictly to durable electronic goods, including PCs, monitors, NVRs, IP cameras, UPS units, printers, scanners, sound bars, and music systems.
Coverage: This warranty exclusively covers inherent manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship that prevent the item from performing its intended function.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or Consumables items—including but not limited to ink cartridges, toners, paper, and thermal rolls—are strictly excluded from extended warranty coverage once opened, unless found defective immediately upon opening.
Accessories: Included accessories (such as cables, remote controls, power adapters, and chargers) are covered against inherent manufacturer defects for the duration of the warranty period. Coverage is voided if the accessory shows signs of physical damage, strain, or improper electrical exposure.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are proven to have an inherent manufacturer defect upon opening:
Opened Consumables: Ink, toner, or software where the factory-sealed packaging has been opened or broken.
Incomplete Items: Any product missing original accessories, parts, boxes, cords, manuals, or cables.
Services: Delivery, installation, or diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
